Serious side effects of Cymbalta include:
- Liver damage
- Changes in blood pressure and falls
- Serotonin syndrome, which can be life-threatening
- Abnormal bleeding or bruising
- Severe skin reactions
- Withdrawal symptoms
- Manic episodes
- Vision problems
- Seizures or convulsions
- Problems with urination
